All Qamp® tents are guaranteed against manufacturing or material defect. We do not warranty products damaged from normal wear and tear, alteration made by owner, misuse, accidents or damages caused by uses other than intended.

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

Depending on stock and availability, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship - unless otherwise noted on the product page. Estimated shipping transit time excludes Saturday and Sunday delivery. Items ship from the United States. Shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, military APO/FPO, and international orders will incur shipping charges that will be shown prior to completion of the checkout process. Customs, Duties, and Taxes will apply at the time of delivery for international orders. If for any reason you decide to refuse delivery and return to sender, any cost associated will be deducted from order amount.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unused item within 30 days from the delivery date to receive a refund less the cost of the original shipping and handling fees (non-refundable). Returns will be processed using the same method in which you paid for the merchandise originally.

The buyer will be responsible for returning the item(s), including any return shipping fees.

Eligibility Requirements
All items must be in brand new, mint condition with its original, undamaged packaging. They must also include all packaging materials i.e. instructions, booklets, packing inserts, etc. Once the return process has been started, all items must be sent back before the end of the 30-day period.

Quality Control Inspection
All items must pass a Quality Control Inspection. If the item(s) show signs of wear, dirt, odor or similar conditions, then a 10% Restocking Fee will be charged or the return may be refused.
